These career programs are open to all Georgia residents regardless of age. Most Georgia technical colleges offers free career programs through the HOPE Grant. 2) Summer and After School Programs: Shaquelle O’Neal Boys & Girls Club is accepting applications for their summer program for children ages 6 thru 18.
